Are your parts OEM or aftermarket?

All parts sold by Pikt are genuine OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts removed from original vehicles. We do not sell aftermarket or replica components.

Is Pikt affiliated with any vehicle manufacturers?

No. Pikt is an independent reseller of recycled & used OEM auto parts and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with any vehicle manufacturer or brand.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be canceled only before shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and will fall under the Refund & Return Policy instead.

Is local pick-up available?

At this time, local pick-up is not available. All orders are shipped directly to the address provided at checkout.

Do your parts come with a warranty?

Yes. All parts include a 90-day functional warranty from the date of delivery.

The warranty covers functional defects that prevent the part from operating as intended.

How quickly will my order ship?

Orders are processed within 2 business days. Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3-4 business days, depending on location and carrier transit times.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
