Warranty Policy

Warranties

All parts sold by Pikt include a 90-day functional warranty from the date of delivery.

What’s Covered

Functional defects that prevent the part from operating as intended under normal use.

What’s Not Covered

Cosmetic condition (scratches, scuffs, fading, normal wear)

Seals, gaskets, bulbs, fluids, or other consumable components

Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, modification, or failure to follow manufacturer or industry-standard installation procedures

Damage caused by accidents, external impact, or environmental exposure

Warranty Conditions

The part must be returned in the same condition as received, with all original identifying marks, labels, and seals intact.

Any part that has been altered, disassembled, or installed incorrectly is not eligible for warranty coverage.

Excluded Costs

Pikt does not cover labor, installation, programming, diagnostic fees, towing, rental vehicles, or any other incidental or third-party costs.

Warranty Claims

To initiate a warranty claim, contact contact@piktparts.com with your order number, part number, and a description of the issue. Documentation or photos may be required.
